When production began on THE MISFITS it looked like the ideal set-up for a movie: Great cast (Clark Gable, Marilyn Monroe), great screenplay (by Arthur Miller) and a world renowned director in John Huston. The difficulties began with problematic location shoots and personal problems for all the lead actors, and the director. In fact as it turned out, THE MISFITS saw the final performances of Monroe and Gable. This was all captured by a documentary team of nine photographers, ever-present on the set, and witness to each disaster unfurling. MAKING THE MISFITS presents all the behind the scenes footage, plus recollections from surviving cast and crew members.DVD Features:Region 1Keep CaseWidescreen - 1.78Audio: Dolby Digital - English
